The next part of this book, discusses about organizing for increased profitability which consisted of 4 chapters : approaches to analyzing structure, how to analyze structure, implementing organizational change, and how to implement organizational change. And in the last part, the wirter want to discuss about managing for increased profitability, which consisted of 8 chapters. The writer has written the summary of the topic in the end of each chapter, so that the readers can easily understand what are the writer want to explain.This book uses a simple language in order to make this book can be understood easily by all of readers.
